I started Schwalgien Yacht Design because I wanted to design yachts with more intention — vessels that are beautiful, yes, but also intelligent, human, and deeply considered.
My background moves between architecture, yacht design, and product design thinking. I love crossing disciplines. Good ideas rarely stay in their lane.
For me, design is equal parts analysis and intuition. It’s technical, emotional, and sometimes philosophical.
A yacht is a floating ecosystem — everything affects everything.

The city shapes how we think: Cerdà’s rational grid meets Gaudí’s structural poetry — both proving that logic can be beautiful.
Our work spans disciplines but keeps one philosophy — clarity with depth.
From superyachts to private homes, boutique hotels to crafted furniture, every project begins with curiosity and ends with intention.
